Our Story
The Critter Corner Wildlife Rehabilitation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to giving injured, orphaned, and displaced wildlife a second chance.
Our mission is simple but powerful: to rescue, rehabilitate, and release native wildlife while fostering compassion, respect, and understanding between people and the wild animals who share our world.
At Critter Corner, we believe every animal matters. Each patient that comes into our care receives individualized attention, medical treatment, and rehabilitation tailored to their needs—with the ultimate goal of a safe return to their natural habitat whenever possible. From tiny birds and baby mammals to more complex wildlife cases, we are committed to giving every critter the best chance at survival and freedom.
Beyond rescue and rehabilitation, we are passionate about education and community awareness. We aim to help people understand how to safely coexist with wildlife, what to do when animals are in need, and how small actions can make a big difference in protecting local ecosystems.
As a nonprofit, our work is made possible through the kindness and support of our community. Donations, volunteers, and partnerships help us provide food, medical care, shelter, and the critical resources our wild patients depend on during their recovery journey.
